UV + Moisture Dual-Cure Adhesive ZLA-7102
ZLA-7102 is a clear, one-component acrylic for tacking wires and fixing small components. Under 365 nm UV light it sets in 10 seconds; moisture in the air then cures any adhesive the light did not reach.
The UV set happens only when the lamp is switched on, so parts can be positioned and checked first; shaded adhesive then cures slowly with moisture from the air. Shrinkage on cure is low.
It has passed a 12-hour boiling-water test.
