Dispensable Thermal Gel
A two-part silicone gel dispensed as a bead or dot between a heat source and its heat sink or housing. It flows into uneven gaps and then cures to a soft gel (Shore 00 50 to 55) that yields under pressure, so components are not loaded. Six grades cover 1.0 to 6.0 W/m·K, all rated V-0.

Choosing a grade
- Gap heights vary from part to part, or the shape is too awkward for a pre-cut pad.
- Your line dispenses by machine and you want to stop placing pads by hand.
- Higher grades move more heat but are thicker (100 Pa·s per part at 1.0 W/m·K, 400 to 420 Pa·s at 6.0 W/m·K): check that your dispensing equipment suits the grade.
- For even, controlled gaps, our thermal pads may be the simpler choice.
