Dispensable Thermal Gel
Two-Component Dispensable Thermal Gel ZLA-4206
ZLA-4206 is a 3.0 W/m·K two-component silicone gel for assemblies whose heat load has outgrown the entry grades.
It flows into irregular gaps under automated dispensing and cures over 24 hours into a soft, compressible gel (Shore 00 50) that keeps the joint insulated at 6.5 kV/mm or more.
Mixed density is 2.7 g/cm³.
