Dispensable Thermal Gel
Two-Component Dispensable Thermal Gel ZLA-4204
ZLA-4204 lifts thermal conductivity to 2.5 W/m·K while staying close to the entry grade in viscosity (120 Pa·s per part), so it dispenses much like it.
Dispensed between a heat source and its heat sink or housing, it wets into uneven gaps and cures into a soft, compressible gel (Shore 00 50).
Mixed density is 2.5 g/cm³; full cure takes 24 hours at room temperature.
