Dispensable Thermal Gel
Two-Component Dispensable Thermal Gel ZLA-4208
ZLA-4208 carries 4.0 W/m·K through gaps that a pre-cut pad cannot follow, for high-power modules and battery electronics.
At 300 to 320 Pa·s it is noticeably thicker than the lower grades, so check pump and nozzle sizes; once dispensed it cures over 24 hours into a soft, compressible gel (Shore 00 50).
Mixed density is 3.2 g/cm³.
