Dispensable Thermal Gel
Two-Component Dispensable Thermal Gel ZLA-4210
ZLA-4210 is a 5.0 W/m·K two-component silicone gel for compact power electronics where heat flux is high and gaps are uneven.
Dispensed by machine, it fills the space between component and heat sink and cures over 24 hours into a soft, compressible gel (Shore 00 50) with 6.5 kV/mm or more dielectric strength.
Its viscosity is close to that of the 4.0 W/m·K grade.
