Dispensable Thermal Gel
Two-Component Dispensable Thermal Gel ZLA-4212
ZLA-4212 is the top grade of our dispensable thermal gels at 6.0 W/m·K, for the highest heat loads.
It is also the thickest grade (A: 400±50, B: 420±50 Pa·s), so plan your dispensing equipment for it; it cures over 24 hours into a soft gel of Shore 00 55.
Dielectric strength is 5 kV/mm or more, a little lower than the other grades: check it against your insulation requirement.
