Dispensable Thermal Gel
Two-Component Dispensable Thermal Gel ZLA-4202
ZLA-4202 is a two-component silicone thermal gel with a thermal conductivity of 1.0 W/m·K. At 100 Pa·s per part it is the easiest grade of the range to dispense.
Applied as a bead or dot, it flows into uneven gaps between a component and its heat sink or housing, then cures over 24 hours into a soft gel that yields under pressure rather than loading the parts.
A good choice where gap filling and insulation matter more than maximum heat transfer.
