Silicone Thermal Grease
Non-Curing Silicone Thermal Grease ZLA-4302
ZLA-4302 is a white, non-curing silicone thermal grease with a thermal conductivity of 1.0 W/m·K. With a cone penetration of 300 it is one of the two softest greases in the range and spreads into a thin, even layer.
Spread over the contact face, it pushes trapped air out of the joint, never sets, and can be wiped off when parts are reworked.
Oil bleed and volatile loss are both 0.3 % or less after 24 hours at 200 °C.
