Silicone Thermal Grease
Non-Curing Silicone Thermal Grease ZLA-4308
ZLA-4308 raises thermal conductivity to 2.5 W/m·K in the same firm grey paste as the 2.0 W/m·K grade (penetration 270, density 3.0 g/cm³).
A thin layer is enough to close the interface between a power device and its cooler, and it stays where it is put without curing.
Low oil bleed and volatile loss (0.2 % or less after 24 h at 200 °C) suit long service near hot parts.
