Silicone Thermal Grease
Non-Curing Silicone Thermal Grease ZLA-4306
ZLA-4306 is a grey, non-curing silicone grease rated at 2.0 W/m·K, a slightly firmer paste than the white grades (penetration 270).
Oil bleed and volatile loss drop to 0.2 % or less after 24 h at 200 °C, which helps keep surrounding parts clean.
It never sets, so parts can be separated and refitted.
