Silicone Thermal Grease
Non-Curing Silicone Thermal Grease ZLA-4312
ZLA-4312 is the highest-conductivity thermal grease we supply, at 4.0 W/m·K.
It also has the lowest oil bleed and volatile loss of the range (each 0.1 % or less after 24 h at 200 °C), the firmest paste (penetration 230) and a dielectric strength of 6 kV/mm or more.
Use it on the hottest components, where the long-term stability of the interface matters most.
