One-Component Thermally Conductive Silicone Sealant ZLA-4404
ZLA-4404 is a white, one-component silicone sealant that conducts heat at 1.5 W/m·K, so a single bead can bond a part, seal it and pass heat to a housing or cold plate.
The thick paste holds its shape after dispensing and is tack-free in 5 to 10 minutes at 25 °C.
It cures to Shore A 65 to 70, with lap shear on aluminium of 1.5 MPa or more.
