One-Component Thermally Conductive MS Polymer Sealant ZLA-8104
ZLA-8104 is a white, one-component MS polymer sealant that conducts heat at 2 W/m·K.
Its main job is holding a temperature sensor, such as an NTC thermistor, in close thermal contact with the part it monitors; the same bead suits any small part that needs a heat path.
It is tack-free in 5 to 10 minutes and cures with air humidity to Shore A 65 to 70, with lap shear of 1.5 MPa or more on aluminium.
