Two-Component Thermally Conductive Structural Epoxy Adhesive ZLA-6108
ZLA-6108 is the most thermally conductive epoxy in our structural range, at 2 W/m·K, for bonds that have to move more heat.
It mixes 1:1 by volume, cures at room temperature or with heat, and bonds aluminium at 12 MPa lap shear.
If strength matters more than heat transfer, compare it with the 1.5 W/m·K grade (15 MPa).
