Two-Component Flexible Epoxy Potting Compound ZLA-6202
ZLA-6202 is a flexible two-component epoxy for potting transformers, high-voltage power supplies and battery modules. At about 1000 mPa·s (A) and 300 mPa·s (B) it flows easily into dense assemblies.
It mixes 1:1, cures at room temperature or with heat and is tack-free in 5 to 10 minutes. Cured, it stays slightly flexible (Shore A 65), so it takes up thermal stress instead of cracking; heat-aged samples stayed crack-free (see the typical values).
Choose the 4:1 grade if you also need some heat transfer.
