Two-Component Thermally Conductive Polyurethane Structural Adhesive ZLA-5102
ZLA-5102 is a two-component polyurethane that bonds structurally and conducts heat at 1.2 W/m·K. It mixes 1:1 and gives 20 minutes or more of working time, the longest of our thermally conductive PU grades.
It reaches 7 MPa or more in lap shear on aluminium and 2 MPa or more on PET film, so battery cells can be fixed to a cooling plate or module frame in one step.
Once cured, the joint insulates (10¹⁴ Ω·cm or more), is rated V-0 and stays tough under impact and in hot, humid conditions.
