Two-Component Thermally Conductive Polyurethane Structural Adhesive ZLA-5106
ZLA-5106 is the top thermal grade of our polyurethane structural adhesives, at 2.5 W/m·K.
It is also the most viscous grade (A: 350,000, B: 300,000 mPa·s), dispensed as a thick bead, and it bonds aluminium at 7 MPa or more and PET film at 2 MPa or more.
Pot life is 10 minutes or more; plan dispensing and assembly times around it.
