Polyurethane Structural Adhesive · Thermally Conductive
Two-Component Thermally Conductive Polyurethane Structural Adhesive ZLA-5104
ZLA-5104 raises thermal conductivity to 2.0 W/m·K while keeping 7 MPa or more lap shear on aluminium and 2 MPa or more on PET film.
Mixed 1:1, it gives 10 minutes or more of working time and cures into an insulating joint (10¹⁴ Ω·cm or more) that stays tough under impact and in hot, humid conditions.
Use it where cells or modules produce more heat than the 1.2 W/m·K grade can move.
