Two-Component Flame-Retardant Polyurethane Structural Adhesive ZLA-5202
ZLA-5202 is a two-component polyurethane structural adhesive for joints that must resist fire and save weight. Its mixed density is 1.35 g/cm³ or less.
Low viscosity (A: 20,000, B: 40,000 mPa·s) and 30 minutes or more of working time suit automated meter-mix dispensing.
It bonds aluminium at 9 MPa or more and PET film at 2 MPa or more, with a tensile strength of 10 MPa or more.
