Thermally Conductive Silicone Potting Compound ZLA-4104
ZLA-4104 is a two-component silicone potting compound with a thermal conductivity of 1.0 W/m·K. It cures to Shore A 45, the softest of our silicone potting grades, and has the highest dielectric strength of the range at 15 kV/mm or more.
The 1:1 mix still flows easily over populated boards and cures at room temperature or with heat into a rubber that bonds, seals and carries heat to the housing.
A good starting grade when a module needs both electrical insulation and a useful heat path.
