Thermally Conductive Silicone Potting Compound ZLA-4110
ZLA-4110 tops our silicone potting range at 4.0 W/m·K, for compact power modules with the highest heat loads.
Mixed 1:1, it cures at room temperature or with heat into a Shore A 55 silicone rubber that bonds, seals and conducts heat in one step. Mixed density is 3.1 g/cm³.
